The casino was full of cigarette and vape smoke, and even when you left to the lobby and the check in area, which is mean to be smoke-free, was full of smoke. There’s no ice in the ice vending machine on our floor, and the majority of the vending machines from floor 25-30 don’t work, or error out when we want to buy water. Our freezer and safety vault didn’t work, and they had no running electricity to them. Later we and many other guests staying here purchased cases of bottled water at the CVS downstairs. There’s no proper drinking water nor filter, and we were forced to either use the dirty tap water. Door locks should constantly have electricity, not batteries. My family and I got locked out for an hour and a half from our hotel because the battery in our door was dead.
